Oh yes, it was right that I had experienced the hurting in heart five years ago. Doctor told me that need haveing excerse and so some sport because I am still young. So, I started to swim for years. Now have already no the heart disease. but a bit problem to get to sleep, lol. Because that time I had the heart pain was in midnight, which make me up. So, I always to think about the thing once I prepare to get to sleep. Maybe some prain, spirit, soul, mind disease.
